These terms cover use of systemizemethod.com and the project inquiry form it provides, operated by Liz Beaty Media. They do not govern paid client engagements, which are addressed by a separate written agreement.

Use of this site

This site is provided to describe Systemize's capabilities and to collect project inquiries. Content, including the representative systems and product concepts shown, is illustrative of the scope of work Systemize can take on and does not represent completed client engagements unless explicitly identified as such. Website content may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Project inquiries

Submitting the project inquiry form does not create a contract and does not guarantee acceptance of any project. Scope, pricing, ownership, confidentiality, support, and timelines for any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement between Systemize and the client.
